returns policy 

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This web site and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this web site or the placing of any order through this web site from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between the customer and Gandys Flip Flops for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.


Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.

If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at:  within 24 hours quoting your order reference number, the date the order was placed and your name. 


If you wish to return any items purchased online at  please follow the following steps:

  1. If you wish to return an item, you must return to the address detailed on your invoice. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
  2. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition.
  3. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned obtaining a proof of purchase and by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way. 
  4. Please allow 28 days from the date of your return for your refund to be processed.

Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge providing there is no evidence of the goods being damaged after delivery.
Please note, we offer a 6 month gurantee and goods that have been cosidered faulty outside of this period will not be subject to a refund. 


By returning any pair of Gandys for an exchange you are responsible for postage costs, please enclose a cheque for £3 if you are posting back to the UK and £6.99 for outside the UK with your order .

This charge should be paid by cheque (Gandys Flip Flops) and be included with the original order you are returning. 

Please detail the request for an exchange along with the details of the desired replacement on your invoice. A refund will be issue where this information is not available 


We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card and Paypal. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and, Switch. All transactions are shown in UK £ sterling.


We will attempt to communicate with mail order customers by email. All relevant information about your order will be sent to the email address you have provided to us.


We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
