Q. Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes we do!
UK up to 4 working days and Europe and Worldwide up to 10 days. We ship using UK mail.
Customs import tax may apply to worldwide shipping.
Q. When will my flip flops be posted?
All orders placed before 8am (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched that day. All other orders will be dispatched the next working day. However, during busy periods (i.e. Christmas, Bank Holidays) your order may be dispatched the next working day after being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order has been dispatched and is on it’s way to you!
Q. What size should I order?
3/4 - 23.5 cm
5/6 - 24.5 cm
7/8 - 26.5 cm
7/8 - 27.5 cm
9/10 - 28.5 cm
11/12 - 30 cm
We generally recommend that if you are in anyway unsure you go up a size as our flip flops are made to fit your foot closely.
Q. How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Delta, Electron and also PayPal
Q. What about VAT?
Prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 20% where applicable. Gandys pay all VAT where due direct to UK customs.
For deliveries outside of the UK, you may be required to pay any applicable sales tax, or Customs import duty in your own country. We try to ensure your order passes through customs without any delays or further charges. However, Gandys cannot be held responsible for any charges added, and any applied must be paid for by the customer.
Q. Why has my payment been declined?
For your own protection we take card security very seriously. Card payments can be declined for a variety of reasons. Usually the reason is the address / postcode / CV2 (three digit security code) number does not match correctly.
Check your card is not out of date
Check all address and card date details are correct
If the problem persists please contact your bank or card issuer.
Q. Why am I asked for additional bank security if I pay with my debit card?
All UK Banks require that online retailers use 3D secure with all debit cards - It is a bit of a pain but very good to protect your personal card security online. It will probably become mandatory with all credit cards in time.
Q. Why haven’t I received my order?
Your order will be sent out in First class mail. Delivery should normally take 3 - 4 working days. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customer service hours are Monday to Friday 9.30 - 5.30.
Q. How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us by email stating your order number before 10am.
If your order has already been shipped, on receipt, please email email@example.com for further instruction.
Q. What is your returns policy or return address?
Before returning anything it is important that you email us to let us know and avoid delay in processing your return. Always enclose your order number in the package and get a receipt of posting from the post office and keep it until you have received your replacement or refund. If you are exchanging please include a £3 cheque with your order for the extra P&P if in the UK, otherwise £6.99 cheque for outside the UK.

Q. What if my flip flops don’t fit?
Please email us within 14 days to let us know if you would like a replacement or refund, then return them to the address above. We are sorry but we do not pay postage for returns.
